Payment options + PLANS
Currently, I take PayPal, Cashapp, and Square for payments.I do take payment plans, with a 30% non refundable deposit. Since this deposit covers materials, it is completely non refundable.
When it comes to payment plans, I am able to take payment plans up to 3 months, with a payment at least every 2 weeks. I only take payment plans for heads, larger orders, or suits. If you'd like more information on payment plans, please message me directly.Shipping WILL BE CALCULATED WHEN YOUR COMMISSION IS FINISHED. I will be able to select from a list of shipping options for you, but you will be required to pay the full amount of shipping.Note: Quotes are free, but they are only valid for 4 months (120 days).
Refund + purchase policy
Refunds are not guaranteed, and the 30% deposit is completely nonrefundable. If a refund can be granted, it will be based on the amount of the commission I have already completed. If I have completed 50%, you get a 50% refund, 75% completion, 25% refund and so on, the percentage is from the price after the deposit.I will not be responsible for any minor or adult committing to any purchases or payment plans. due to this, you must be 18+ to purchase any custom pieces, or 16+ with permission from a legal guardian to purchase custom products. ID will be checked.Refunds will not be provided for pre-made items.
My workspace
when commissioning me, please keep in mind I do have pets (both cats and dogs). If you are allergic to pet fur, I cannot guarantee my products are free from pet hair. With this in mind, you can continue my commission process at your own risk.
Turnaround time
At this moment, I work 4 days a week MINIMUM. However, I do work about 6-8 hours per day. Due to being a college student, I am typically unable to work on suits for a full 5 days a week. i do not have set business hours right now, but i hope to implement them soon when I'm settled in my new studio.I also will only be taking 2-3 projects or commissions at a time, or more depending on the size of the commissions. I do not pick projects on a "FCFS" (first-come first-serve) basis unfortunately, so projects will be hand selected.
Reference sheets
I will need an at least 2 point view of your character, front and back. The more detailed, the better and more accurate your product will be. Providing a ToyHou.se link for your character is highly recommended. I will not be able to provide a Toyhouse code for you, unfortunately.If you are looking for specific fur colors, please send me a link of the preferred color! I will do my best to get you that fur or as similar as I can find.
Suit styles
Right now, I use foam-cast bases from other makers, as well as glue and carve my own bases. if you do not specify which foam type of head you'd prefer, please keep in mind I am at free liberty to choose.I also use other patterns and styles of other items such as hand paws, feet paws, etc. Please know me if you’d like a style other than my default (puffy) hand paws!if i have finished a part for you that is different than what you were expecting (ex: foam cast head instead of hand carved), please keep in mind I am at free liberty to edit the design and sell the product.
